Since 2002, Fumoir St-Antoine has been dedicated to the artisanal production of smoked salmon in a Native American tradition on a wooden board.
The Charlevoix company began operations at the Baie-Saint-Paul village level and then had a strong demand from tourists to find Fumoir Sa-Antoine products in the National Capital Region. As a result, sales increased significantly and the company had to expand its production facilities.
Fueled by a quality product, Fumoir St-Antoine and VendArt joined forces to develop sales territories and increase the amount of devoted fans of the brand.
VendArt has reviewed the strategic planning of business development, focused on a modern brand image, while keeping the traditional values of the company, and continues to acquire strategic points of sale.
